What should a driver do when approaching a four-way stop at the same time as other vehicles?

When drivers arrive at different times, drivers depart in the same order. When 3 drivers arrive at the same time, yield to the furthest driver on the right in order. Same when two cars arrive at the same time in lanes nearest each other; yield to the driver on the right. If all four cars arrive at the same time, all divers yield to the divers that have signaled that they are turning right. Then after at least one car has turned right, yield to the driver the furthest right in order. However, in all cases, the right of way should be yielded to you in the sequences described, but when it is your turn, creep forward and ensure that other drivers are yielding to you, do not demand that the right of way be yielded to you.
